Women And Their Exceptional Role In Business

Women and their exceptional role in business

Women aren’t just our relatives or intimate companions but they are outstanding when it comes to business and finance.

“More than five million women-owned businesses, the fortune 500 firms of the 21st century generate more jobs than big corporations on that over-esteemed list.” Patricia Aburdene & John Naisbitt

From the scratch, most women are programmed to always let men triumph but all this has brought a lot of setbacks and obstacles in giving the women less privilege to do things on their own, most of them from the early stage also criticized themselves for showcasing their power while men were in tone.

But, the question always rings in some women’s minds that why will a woman deprive herself of who she really is?

And why do they pretend to be cowards?

“The idea that women are the weaker sex has been one of the biggest con jobs in the history of humanity. If we are measuring strength in terms of muscle and potential violence, I might agree, but it is also clear that if our civilization is to evolve to a higher state we need to change the yardstick by which we measure ” strength”. Robert Kiyosaki

The fact is when women join the workforce, almost everyone benefits.

The article which was published by weforum.org in 2018 states that.

When we talk about:

Higher productivity: when interpreting past data in situations where the gender gap has been narrowing over time, the contribution to growth from improved efficiency (or total factor productivity gains) is overstated.

A portion of the gain attributed to productivity is actually due to the increased participation of women over time.

They continue that the outcome of successful wages will also increase as a result of greater inclusion of women in the labor force since productivity increases.

This is as a result of removing obstruction that holds women back from decent work.

Maybe you never know from scratch that women are great in any financial organization, they are wise and intelligent in sales, marketing, and finance.

Women bring a lot of ideas in finance and financial security: Every woman has the motive of making financial education to enlighten people and also believe that finance is not just to acquire wealth but also to make a difference in the life of others in the field of small or large scale business.

Women never stop learning: Women believe in intellectual stimulation as a motivating factor in their careers.

Elle Kaplan is an American entrepreneur and the chief executive officer and founding partner of lexION capital, she is also a new York-based fiduciary wealth management firm, in 2013, she was named an enterprising woman of the year by enterprising women magazine

She has also been featured as a keynote speaker for several entrepreneurial and enterprising organization.

As KAYCE HUNT says in her interview with FORBES, her work leading the finance team at vision has been exciting, precisely because it affords opportunities to learn “I love the ability to analyze and model data to predict the outcome” she said.

She also encouraged women who might be interested in a finance career to gain a broad understanding of the different functions available so that they can go down the path that interests them most “as she has done”.

WE ALL BELIEVE WOMEN ARE CREATING THE FUTURE OF BUSINESS AND FINANCE!
